I recently purchased a spice mixing machine from Shandong Feichuang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. I was happy with this machine, However, while I was out of the office my staff decided to try the machine out without reading the instructions first, The gearbox needed to be filled with oil before use, Whoops. Well, that did the gearbox in. So to contacted Shandong Feichuang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. I told them the truth and they had a new gearbox flown out and it arrived in days. A great experience indeed and a good after service
